Tuesday Jeera+Dhaniya water Panner Sandwich Apple Salad+Any Vegetable   Green Tea Mix veg soup 
Wednesday 2 glass warm water Besan Chilla Chaas Vegetable pulao with dahi  – Poha Quarter plate
Thursday Luke warm water+5 almonds Oats  Water+Apple Cinder Vinegar Khichdi Papaya Besan chilla 2 
Friday Aloe Vera Juice -20ml 2 Egg White Omelette Water+chai seeds/flex seeds 2 Roti+Palak Panner/Salad Tea Channa chaat
Saturday 2 Glass warm water  2 Toast+Coffee Makhana chaat Paneer Bhurji 2 Toast – Mix veg soup with paneer 
Sunday Jeera water Poha Salad Rice(roasted)+rajma Soup Oats Chilla

Morning Breakfast (7-8Pm)

Methi bran chapati / Multigrain bran chapati / Onion bran chapati / Besan Roti / Oats / Upma / Moong dal chilla / Besan chilla / Oats roti / Panner Sandwich / Papaya / Apple / Poha / Veg Sandwich / Daliya / Wheat Flour

Lunch (2Pm)

Moong dal / Blend Rice / Khichdi / Daliya / Bran roti with sabji (Palak Panner) / Paneer Bhurji / Nutri / Black Chana / Green leafy vegetable / Black chana chaat / Paneer rice 

Dinner (7Pm)

Mix dal + Salad / Soup (vegetable Tomato only home made) / Panner bhurji + roti + 2 Bread Roast / Poha / Moong Dal + Chapati / Aloo Sandwich / Paneer bran chapati / bran chapati-alloo / Veg Puloo / Namkeen Saviya / khichdi / Veg grilled sandwich / Garlic Bread / Palak Panner / Chapati + Salad

Do

Dark choclate, Bhelpuri, Makhana chaat, Roasted channa, Act-2 diet pupcorn, Roasted Makhnana, Quinoa Puffs, Brown rice only, Bran wheat atta.

Don’t

Packet soup, Corn flour, Maida, Tamato Souce (ketchup), Preserved Food, Processed Food, Fried Food, Pickles, Papad, Coconut, Fruit juice, cold drink, Sugar, Aloo, Arbi, Kathal, Peas, Banana, Mango Chicken.
